…was really good! We did presents this year because we couldn’t do them earlier this year with Sinterklaas. Got a sweater (how traditional!), a new electric shaver, and two books. We also had two wonderful Christmas dinners. And for those wondering what a Christmas tree with actual candles looks like, see below 
People are often still surprised to hear our family insists on having candles in our tree. And I must say, it’s still a lovely sight!

Too bad you ruined your carpet with candle wax one time… I didn’t, but at home I’m not so comfortable at lighting candles. I always think something bad is going to happen… and I don’t want to keep an eye on my candles all the time.

Candles in Christmas tree.. it is stunning..
I love candles.. oh.. I used to much more couple of years ago until I accidentally run one over.. and ruined my carpet with candle vax..
Anyway – those christmas tree pictures are wonderful..
