Rain

Fall has finally begun to show its colors. But where many people seem to be annoyed with the bad weather (especially the rain and wind), I seem to like it. I realize most people don’t enjoy getting wet, but I’m completely different. I have to admit there are times that I also dislike the rain and wind, but those are exceptions. Mostly I don’t mind – I really don’t get why people have to constantly complain about it – but there are even times that I really enjoy the fall weather. Like today.
I went to the city center to take some photos, and I must admit that it felt great to go outside, feel the strong wind rush through my hair and have the rain splash down on me. I bet my camera didn’t like it so much, but I try to take good care of it so it survived. I actually got some pretty good results: I ended up with what I think is one of the best photos I took in the last few months.
I haven’t really had any inspiration as of late, but with the fall upon us there’ll probably be plenty of pretty sights to photograph. Now I just need to take the time and actually spend some time on it. Luckily the weather won’t stop me.
